Preparations before the start mixing machine
炼胶机开车前必须戴好皮革护手腕，混炼操作要戴口罩，绝对避免腰系绳、带、胶皮等，严禁披衣操作。仔细查看大小齿轮及辊筒间有无杂物。每班首次开车，必须拉动紧急刹车装置，检查制动是否灵敏可靠(空车制动后，前辊回转不得超过四分之一周)，正常操作时严禁用紧急刹车装置关车。
如果两人以上共同操作炼胶机时必须相互呼应确认无任何危险后方可开车。
